Refund policy

Due to the nature of soft plastic fishing lures, all sales are final once the package has been opened. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, as we cannot guarantee product condition after opening.

All Candy Baits Tackle boxes are non-returnable and all sales are final. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Unopened items may be eligible for return at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our end.
